
New York Times columnist and bestselling author Thomas L. Friedman
will speak at The Sanctuary at the First Congregational Church in Montclair on
Tuesday, October 23 at 6:30 pm.
Friedman, a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner, will be in conversation with Andrew Rosenthal,
a columnist and former editorial page editor for The New York Times.
They will discuss Friedman’s latest book: Thank You for Being Late: An Optimist's Guide to Thriving in the Age of Accelerations,
as well as Trump and the political climate in the U.S.
Friedman is the best-selling author of seven books including the classic, From Beirut to Jerusalem.
Tickets are $40 and include a paperback copy of Friedman’s latest book, provided by Watchung Booksellers.
Seating is first come, first served. Doors open at 5:30 pm.
There will also be a VIP reception before the talk and the opportunity to chat with Friedman.
